Part-time Position (#0335) available March 1 for a family in NW Portland on the waterfront with a 4 year old boy and almost 3 year old girl. The schedule will be a split shift Monday through Friday. The nanny will arrive between 6:30 and 7am each morning to help get the kids off to school nearby at 9 am. The evening shift will begin at 5 pm and the nanny will be helping mom to care for the kids, prepare their dinner, help get them ready for bed. Some shifts the nanny will cover alone, or with one parent there for part of the time. Part-time Position (#0334) available immediately for a family on the NW Portland waterfront downtown with a 3.5 year old boy and two year old girl. The schedule will primarily be Monday from 7am to 7pm, Wednesday from 1pm to 7pm, and Thursday from 7am to 7pm. Some weeks the hours may vary to be slightly less for an average of 25 hours per week. There will be 1-2 weekend days needed each month. The job responsibilities include getting both kids off to school in the mornings, helping with childcare related housekeeping and family errands during school hours, getting both kids from school in the afternoon and caring for them through dinner and helping to get them ready for bed. Part-time Position (#0331) available immediately with a family in SW Portland with a nine year old girl and 3 year old boy. The weekly schedule will be Monday from 9 am to 5 pm and Wednesday from 12 pm to 5 pm. There are some occasional Thursday evening shifts that the family may request as well. The nanny's responsibilities will include assisting both children with activities and helping to get them to and from lessons. Other responsibilities will include assisting the family with dishes, laundry, and working with the children to pick up their toys.
