Suggested Permanent Nanny Salaries (before taxes)
| Full Time (40 hours per week) | $2,200 to $2,700 per month |
| More than 40 hours per week | $2,600 to $3,300 per month |
| Part-time | $12 to $16 per hour, depending on experience and responsibilities |
Permanent Nanny Benefits
- Employment Agreement signed by the nanny and the family
- Paid vacation, legal holidays, and sick days (not required by law)
- Guaranteed wages based on employment agreement
- Mileage reimbursement (or car provided for use) during work hours - the current IRS milage reimbursement rate is 55.5 cents per mile

Taxes and Employment
